  • As early as possible. Dates fill up quickly, especially weekends, so the sooner you reach out the better your chances of locking in your date.

  • Yes. Delivery is $50 within a 25 mile radius of Ocoee, FL, and $2 per additional mile beyond that.

  • A 50% nonrefundable deposit is due at least 48 hours before your scheduled delivery to secure your date. The remaining balance is due on arrival, before installation begins.

  • Yes, just let us know on the inquiry form. Outdoor installations may need extra weighting or adjustments depending on weather.

  • Backdrops and add-ons are rented for the event day only. A pickup time is scheduled with you after the event.

  • Birthdays, baby showers, bridal and bachelorette parties, weddings, corporate events, and more. If you have something in mind, just ask.

  • Absolutely. Custom color matching is one of our specialties. Share your theme and color palette in the inquiry form and we'll build around it.

  • It depends on the size of the installation, but we handle everything from delivery to full setup so you don't have to worry about a thing.
